- 1. Simply click Install (on the top right of the Zendesk app store page of this app).
- 2. Download the WooCommerce Zendesk Integration Plugin for free (as it's part of this app)
- 3. Upload the plugin to your WordPress site & activate it.
- 4. Go to your site's WooCommerce settings page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings) and copy the ‘Zendesk WooCommerce API Security Token’
- 5. Now, paste this token into the Zendesk app settings ‘WooCommerce API Security Token’ field.
- 6. Additionally, please fill in the URL(s) of your WooCommerce sites in the ‘Your webshop(s)’ field.
- 7. Now click ‘Update’ in Zendesk app settings.
- 8. Now the app is ready to use
