How It Works:
- Reply to the ticket, click on the Zendesk Mail Signature symbol and “Apply Signature”.
- The Zendesk Signature app automatically detects the email address your customer is writing to & applies it to your ticket.
- e.g. [email protected] and [email protected] can have different signatures applied.

Installation instructions:
- Simply click Install (on the top right of the Zendesk app store page of this app)
- Then create a Zendesk macro for each mail signature – Important: Your ‘Macro name’ needs to be the support address e.g. [email protected], this signature should be used for.
